Reportedly, a 15-year-old is found guilty of committing extreme brutality, charged with first-degree murder in connection with a shooting death at a residential apartment complex last week.

South Richmond Police officials and The Richmond Times-Dispatch release that a teenager in an apartment found committing barbarity and also accused of robbery and some other gun crimes. On Aug 17th, Richmond police responded to a residential apartment complex i.e. 4600 blocks of Southwood Parkway just after 10 pm where they discovered the dead body of Olvin J. Portillo Archaga with a gunshot wound to the head and immediately taken to a local city hospital, where he died within few hours.
The investigation is still on track and no additional information is available. The teenager’s identity hasn’t been disclosed, the plausible reason is his age, and also his status was not known on the crime spot or in further inquiry.
The teenager is accused of first-degree murder, robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of felony possession of a firearm by a person under the age of 18. The 15-year-old is under captivity now wherein he will be inquired about the grounds of this extreme brutality.
