The world is hit hard by the COVID-19 virus. The majority of the world is under lockdown to implicate social distancing, the most effective way to fight this virus.
More than 25 lac people have been infected by this virus and more than 2 lac lives have been claimed already. And the bitter truth is that there is no visible solution currently in sight.
Dr. Deborah Birx Is the response coordinator for the white house COVID-19 taskforce. As the US reopens the lockdown, she has warned people against gathering in public places so as to contain the spread of the virus.
The world superpower America is currently the worst hit nation by the virus with over 1.1m people infected by it and 67,000 lives already claimed.
She also said that amazing beaches were not safe during this time and voted against the opening of beauty salons and spas in the first phase. She said
There are many reports of the lockdown violations from all over America including the beaches of popular orange county. People gathered at the beach ignoring all the guidelines.
However, the beaches had been closed after that. Still many states in the USA are reporting rising cases of virus on day by day basis rather than falling, just opposite of what everyone expected.
Although the lockdown was taking a great toll on the economy of the country, with many reports showing that as many as 5 million people could lose their jobs due to the pandemic. This is an alarming number.
So the government came up with the decision to lift the lockdown in almost half of the nations, but still with some restrictions. Although, if the public still ignores the health guidelines, the results could be much worse.
New York City, the heart of the nation is the worst-hit city in the whole world. It is reporting more than 250 Deaths on a daily basis, more deaths than occurring in other states. So the ban on NYC has been extended up to May 15 with hard restrictions.
We hope that through a persistent fight, we finally will wake up to a Morning when the virus is no more. Till then, stay tuned for more such news.
