Call of Duty Mobile, as we know is a world-renowned gaming merchandise which gamers are experiencing for many years on the PC platform but on the mobile one and that’s where the PUBG Mobile was taking the lead as one of the best shooter games on smartphones, which is now going to change as Activision has rolled out the stable version on the smartphones officially on 1st October 2019.

Now, many of you must be eager to find out which is better between Call Of Duty Mobile (COD) and PUBG Mobile while excluding the Fortnite as we already know that it only works on Samsung’s flagship smartphone with an emulator which is not convenient for non-Samsung users for now. So let’s begin the features and some clash between PUBG and our all-new Call Of Duty Mobile.

Design and Gameplay

Well, if we talk about the user interface of the game, you will find it somewhat similar in both PUBG and Call Of Duty Mobile. Both have First-Person Perspective (FPP) and Third-Person Perspective (TPP) but the bullet damage, recoil and shooting styles are different inexperience.

First, let’s just talk about the non-royal battle mode in both games such as you know that PUBG depends on its “hunt for supplies and other gears” while in Call of Duty Mobile, you can customise your loadouts before entering in the game.

As for the shooting style, PUBG offers only one style where players have to shoot manually at the enemy, however, Call of Duty Mobile gives the choice between two shooting style in which, there is one which is used for beginner to fire automatically when the crosshair is upon an enemy layer and the other one style, in which a player can shoot manually which is the best option for accuracy.

Let’s talk about the bullet dynamics where the difference also lies in both games including the fact that if you shoot with weak guns in PUBG as nearly as 500m, there won’t be any bullet drop you will see at that distance which is not the case in Call Of Duty Mobile. But the fact that in modes like Deathmatch and free-for-all, where the distance is not that big, the bullet drop is only convenient in Royal battles, so it’s a matter of priority.

About the Game Modes

There are several reasons to choose the Call of Duty Mobile in this aspect because Call of Duty provides many kinds of interesting game modes including Deathmatch, Free-for-all, Domination, Frontline and Search and Destroy which are very enjoyable in the game because these are super fast-paced based allowing you to experience the adrenaline rush as compared to PUBG where only War mode has fast pace gaming mode.

You can also increase your game rank like in PUBG to impress your friends and can play modes mentioned above with the exception being you will be matched with the players of the similar rank.

Maps and Graphics

To be honest, it was a great experience with PUBG Mobile with their 4 maps which was Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok and Vikendi while Call Of Duty provides you 6 maps right off the bat including Nuketown, Hijacked, Firing Range, Killhouse, Crossfire and Crash and also there are some iconic characters which included in the COD from the Call of Duty Black Ops and also Modern Warfare.

As for the graphics are concerned, there are some small details which has been found between PUBG and Call of Duty Mobile. If we take frag grenade as an example, if we throw it on the wall in Call of Duty, it will change the game surrounding environment which is not the same case in PUBG unless you throw it on the car. Hence, differences like these make the Call of Duty more realistic than PUBG.

How to Download the Call of Duty Mobile?

Call of Duty is available in Google Play Store for Android and app store for iOS for free and it will be smooth experience in flagship smartphones but can be compromised in mid-budget and low-end phones and expect the Tencent will optimise for these smartphones as well, so players of all kinds could enjoy this particular shooter game.

Conclusion:

According to our review, the royal battle experience is still a little better in PUBG than Call of Duty but for all other modes and aspects, the call of duty takes the lead. On top of it, it will be a change of pace as you will get to experience new maps and gaming environment which is latest optimised by Tencent whose work we are familiar with in the PUBG Mobile game.
