Did You Know?

Mexico’s Cave of Crystals contains the world’s largest natural crystals, some over 36 feet long.

Located 980 feet below ground in the Naica Mine, these selenite crystals grew to enormous sizes due to unique conditions of heat and mineral saturation. The cave maintains a constant temperature of 136°F with 90-100% humidity, making it inhospitable for humans without special equipment. The crystals took approximately 500,000 years to reach their current size.
