Users experienced issues related to logging to this site, watching videos, uploading videos, posting comments, etc. Reports regarding accessibility issues in this platform came from Users across the US, Canada, UK, Mexico as well as Japan. YouTube users started facing these problems from 16th June.

Recently on 16th June, issues regarding accessibility with Youtube are experienced worldwide by the users. Users reported problems related to logging in to the website, uploading and watching videos, posting comments on YouTube. While many users wanted to watch some videos instead of videos some cartoon purple monkey with a hammer greeted them with random numbers with letters and message ‘500 Internal Server Error Message’. The error message is showing ‘Sorry, something went wrong.’
One report says the US alone surfaced around 3000 reports regarding problems with YouTube followed by Canada 200 reports. This video streaming site probably went down across some part of UK, Mexico, and Japan along with the US, Canada around 9 am ET (2 pm BST) on Friday, 16th June.
Many of the YouTube users also flocked to Twitter just to check whether others too experience the same problem or not. Also to share their grief being not able to listen or watch videos and songs while at work.
YouTube is facing this issue for the second time within the week. Previously users across UK and parts of Europe experienced problems on this platform. That time also users unable to access this. Till now the YouTube support team has not confirmed anything about the outage of this channel.
